Sliding glass throughout opens to a kidney-shaped pool and covered patio, while the original stone floors, fireplace, and iconic hearth are honoured and brought into a calm, contemporary palette.

A beautifully preserved mid-century ranch reimagined around seamless indoor–outdoor living. Sliding glass throughout opens to a sparkling kidney-shaped pool and spacious covered patio, while the home's original stone floors, fireplace, and iconic hearth are honoured within a calm, contemporary palette. The primary suite flows directly to the pool, with bright bedrooms and a cozy family den completing the quintessential California lifestyle.

Nanberry Residence

A considered transformation of a mid-century pool home, shaped around everyday family life. The design rethinks the relationship between shared living spaces, natural light, and indoor–outdoor flow — anchored by a striking original brick fireplace, warm olive cabinetry, and terrazzo floors. The material palette feels refined without becoming precious: a home designed not simply to photograph well, but to support the way its owners live, gather, and grow over time.

The Linear House
2021 – 2023 · Owner Build Project
A major remodel of a single-family home with the addition of a full floor and overhanging deck. The interior transformation featured custom herringbone timber flooring, exposed beam ceilings, bespoke millwork wall units, and stone-clad bathrooms with brass hardware throughout.

The Woodhill House
2017 – 2019 · Siti Studio Architects
Ground-up design and construction of a 4,000 sq ft single-family hillside home on a vacant lot. Specialist hillside code research and ADU drawings, resulting in a multi-level home with timber beams, open-plan living, and panoramic terrace views.

2020 – 2022 · Siti Studio Architects
A 2,300 sq ft multi-level home on a narrow hillside lot, including a separate ADU. Complex lot-combining requirements, multi-storey section design, and a striking timber-and-concrete facade with terraced outdoor living. Interior designs and 3D renderings also provided.

A complete renovation of an approximately 2,000 sq ft single-family home. Open living spaces, floating timber vanities, dark stacked-tile wet rooms, refreshed cabinetry, and a newly landscaped drought-tolerant front garden — entirely transformed from the original.

Architecture as a personal act
I'm Priyanka Chheda — founder of PC Designs and an architectural designer who believes that beautiful spaces are earned in the details. Over the past decade I've led some of LA's most complex and rewarding residential projects, from narrow hillside new builds to full-floor additions and complete interior overhauls.
I've always believed great architecture begins with listening. Every project starts with understanding how you live — your routines, your light, how a Sunday morning feels in your home. That insight shapes every decision, from first concept to final fitting.
Now independent, I work closely with a small number of clients at a time to ensure every project receives the undivided attention it deserves.
